Thanks Sripriya for this Indian version of pasta. Very simple and easy to make and you can make it even if you get home late after work or park visit.
Ingredients:
onions
tomato
carrots
beans
any veggies your kids like
some salt, sambar powder
Method
Do the tadkha and fry onions, tomato, carrots , beans and other veggies, then add some salt some sambar powder.. Then add pasta and water and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Pasta is done. If you have any simple recipes like this mail it to indousmoms@gmail.com.
